My love for baking began when I received my very first baking book as a little girl. From that moment on, I was hooked on perfecting the art of creating treats that bring joy to those around me.
French macarons have a reputation for being notoriously finicky so I made it my mission to master them. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a passion, and when they became a fast favorite among friends and family, Cocoa Meringue was born!
Based in Daly City, CA and proudly serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Cocoa Meringue is a home-based bakery specializing in made-to-order macarons.
